Uji Organic Houjicha (Powder 40g)

This hojicha powder is made from organically grown hojicha from Kyoto Prefecture, carefully ground with an iron mill to bring out its rich, toasty aroma. It dissolves easily, making it perfect for enjoying as hojicha on its own, mixing with milk for a hojicha latte, or using in baking and desserts.

Ujitawara Town is the birthplace of Japanese green tea and a leading producer of Uji tea. Its misty climate, temperature variation, and well-drained soil create ideal conditions for high-quality tea.
