Cooking Oil Solidifier

Contains 20g x 3 sachets (1 sachet can solidify 600ml oil)

This is a powder-type oil solidifier containing natural fats and oils. Mix 1 packet (20g) with 600ml of oil while it is still hot and stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
Let it cool until it solidifies into a jelly. Once hardened, peel it off the tempura pot or frying pan with a spatula and discard.
