Enjoy a mess-free dining experience using this uniquely shaped Rinkazara, "rin" meaning circle and "ka" meaning flower, with "zara" meaning plate. This plate is crafted using the "Tatara" technique, which gives it a fabric-like texture.
The raised edge prevents liquids from spilling, so you can safely use it to serve saucy dishes or desserts with drizzles!
This plate originated in Mino in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Mino ware is the most popular style in Japan, accounting for 60% of the country's ceramics. Mino-yaki is valued for its beauty and durability, making it popular for everyday use and, of course, special occasions.
