This tea is a high-quality Japanese-certified organic premium Gyokuro with sweetness and umami.
About 20 days before the first harvest these tea leaves are covered in order to shut out sunlight and intensify the flavor. This special tea boasts the unique, aromatic flavor of "Covered tea leaves".

To make hot tea:
- Tea: 1 tbsp
- Water: 100 mL at 60 °C
- Steep: 2 min
To make cold-brewed tea:
- Tea: 2 tbsp
- Water: 500 mL at room temperature
- Steep: 2 hours to overnight in the fridge
