This tea is a high-quality Japanese-certified organic premium Fukamushi Sencha that is rich and delicious.

These tea leaves are steamed longer than usual, and through this process, the length of tea fibers is reduced and more nutrition is brought out from the leaves. The tea offers a mild, full-bodied flavour.

To make hot tea:
Tea: 1 tbsp
Water: 200mL at 80;°C
Steep: 1 min

To make cold-brewed tea:
Tea: 2 tbsp
Water: 500mL at room temperature
Steep: 2 hours to overnight in the fridge
