This tea is a high-quality Japanese-certified organic premium Fukamushi Sencha that is rich and delicious.
These tea leaves are steamed longer than usual, and through this process, the length of tea fibers is reduced and more nutrition is brought out from the leaves. The tea offers a mild, full-bodied flavor.

To make hot tea:
- Tea: 1 tbsp
- Water: 200 mL at 80 °C
- Steep: 1 min
To make cold-brewed tea:
- Tea: 2 tbsp
- Water: 500 mL at room temperature
- Steep: 2 hours to overnight in the fridge
