This tea is a Japanese-certified organic Genmaicha with the unique aroma of brown rice.
A blend of roasted organic brown-rice tea and Bancha (Aoyagi).
Region: Uji, Kyoto Prefecture
To make hot tea:
- Tea: 1 tbsp
- Water: 200 mL at 90 °C
- Steep: 1 min
To make cold-brewed tea:
- Tea: 2 tbsp
- Water: 500 mL at room temperature
- Steep: 2 hours to overnight in the fridge
