This genmaicha is made from Fukamushi sencha and brown rice, both grown by same organic farmer. This variety softens the bitterness of green tea with the its unique crispy flavour. Therefore, genmaicha is one of the most loved in North America.
The sweetness and starch from popped brown rice have a filling quality, and help avoid overeating. this makes genmaicha good with meal and snacks.
